Time Management

I feel that it is very important to make the most of your time. I believe that we only have one chance in life and you need to live it to the fullest. You have no control over the past, but you have full control over the present which turns into the future. What you choose to do with your time is important. Depending on the activity, the impact will be small or large and positive or negative. Your choices make the decision.

I’m not sure whether we always have to be doing something to make the most of our time. In my opinion, thoughts just as important as actions. An hour spent thinking can potentially have greater results than an hour of action. The only real way to waste your time is through mindless activities. Recognize these activities and avoid them at all costs.

To make the most of your time, I feel that you need to have something in life that you are passionate about. This activity creates your drive. Your passion doesn’t have to make money. A hobby or activity that you enjoy can bring happiness and a sense of fullness to your life. Without something you are working toward, life becomes stagnant.

I find that creating a list of goals is a great way to start making the most of your time. Use these goals to create an action plan of activities. Rank these activities in order of importance to you. Start at the top and work your way down. Naturally, over time your goals will change. Feel free to add new goals to the list and remove completed goals and goals you no longer want to pursue. Remember to keep your goals in mind so you can always be working toward achieving them.
